These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to cloudschema-tools.digital and related educational materials offered by CloudSchema Tools (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase educational access through offline enrollment conversations. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms when posted on this page.

Educational nature

Content addresses cold wallet rotation planning as an operational and educational topic. It does not create an advisory, brokerage, or custodial relationship. See also Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and enrollment

When you contact us to enroll, you must provide accurate contact details. You are responsible for safeguarding any access credentials we later issue for learning portals or cohort tools.

Intellectual property

Course text, worksheets, branding, and site design are owned by CloudSchema Tools or its licensors. You may use materials for your internal learning under your enrollment. You may not resell, publicly republish, or train competing courses on our materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt services, scrape content at abusive volumes, or use our materials to facilitate unlawful activity. We may suspend access for violations.

Third-party links

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and courses are provided on an “as available” basis for education. We do not warrant that following any worksheet will prevent loss, breach, or operational failure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CloudSchema Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or assets arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site or a given enrollment is limited to the amount you paid us for that enrollment in the twelve months before the claim, or KRW 100,000 if you paid nothing.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CloudSchema Tools against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your operational decisions made after consuming our educational content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
