Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid educational enrollments with CloudSchema Tools. Pricing pages on this site are informational; payments are arranged offline or through agreed invoices.

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than two modules and have not attended a live review or cohort session. After that window, eligibility shifts to partial or case-by-case review.

Timeframe to request

Send refund requests to support@cloudschema-tools.digital within the 14-day period, including your full name, email used at enrollment, program name, and payment reference.

Full or partial refunds

  • Full refund: within 14 days and under the access limits above, or if we cancel a cohort before it starts.
  • Partial refund: may apply if technical delivery failed on our side and we cannot provide a timely remedy, calculated on unused portions of facilitated services.

Non-refundable items

Customized workshops already delivered, completed one-to-one review hours, and downloadable worksheet packs marked as final deliverables after download are non-refundable. Bank transfer fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Refund process

We confirm receipt within three business days, verify access logs, and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days after approval.

Processing time and method

Funds return via the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank. Card settlements follow card-network timelines.

Cancellation

You may cancel future cohort attendance by email. If cancellation occurs after materials access exceeds the free-review threshold, fees already earned for delivered sessions are not refunded.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Korean law are not limited by this policy. If a statutory right grants a broader remedy, that right prevails.
