Designing a quarterly rotation cadence that people actually follow

Anchor to rituals you already keep
Teams in Korea often already gather for month-end closes or compliance reviews. Piggybacking a rotation rehearsal onto a week when finance and ops overlap beats inventing a lonely Saturday ceremony that nobody protects on their calendar.
Separate rehearsal from live moves
Put tabletop practice on a lighter interval if needed. Live key movement can stay quarterly while interrupt drills happen monthly for fifteen minutes. The goal is muscle memory, not ceremony fatigue.
Publish the next two dates
A cadence without the next two booked sessions is a wish. Name owners for scheduling, room booking, and witness invitations. If a date slips, record why — pattern recognition beats silent delay.
